Meg is known for her empowering and creative Vinyasa classes. Her teaching style is inspired by both the Ashtanga and Iyengar lineages, with a heart of Bhakti interwoven through it all. In her classes, Meg encourages her students to move past the physical practice into other aspects of yoga; breathing, harnessing of the senses, shifting perception, detaching from the busy mind and connecting with their Divine within.
Meg’s hope is that her students take a deeper look into their practices past the mental noise that crowds our minds. She started her yoga teaching ( in 2000) at Kingston Hospital where she was a Chemical Dependency Specialist. This is where she gained additional insight for her Master's thesis: Using Ayurveda and Yoga to Treat Addiction. Her undergraduate studies was in Psychology.

Laura Harrison is the founder of the Natural Yoga Method; yogini, (raw) vegan chef, artist, dancer, poet, writer, holistic life coach, nature-lover and free-spirit. She is the director of Enlighten Yoga + Community Center in Amsterdam NY. She lives a love-centered life and empowers her students to live consciously as the ultimate yoga practice. She invites them to use mindfulness to tune in to the heart, body and conscience as the only guide they truly need to become free and to live their fullest potential everyday.
She also specializes in yoga practices designed to serve specific medical needs, such as disc problems, back pain, PTSD, eating disorders, fibromyalgia and lupus. She teaches people to understand their experience, as everything is energy, and enabling then to balance their energy to find real harmony- building self-respect and love and alleviating the effects of body dysmorphia and self-consciousness.
Casey's journey began along the south shore of Long Island. Whether it was running the Long Beach boardwalk, boarding in the surf, or meditating and practicing yoga in the sand, a deep connection formed with the waves. The rhythmic teachings of the ocean allowed for the perfect backdrop to quiet reflection of Self. Through this harmonious kinship with the salt and sand, Casey has journeyed farther to unite mind, body, and spirit with our great mother.
Through her introduction to Global Tea Hut she discovered that the marriage of water and leaf had a profound effect on her routine. The incorporation of tea to her mediation practice has truly centered her. Additionally, she pulls inspiration and influence from the writings and lessons of Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Saul David Rave, as well as Wude & The Global Tea Hut Family.
It has been through the incorporation of tea into her daily meditation that Casey has found her truest self.
The concordance of the leaf and the feminine divine is one of great importance and Casey strives to help all individuals find a connection with feminine intuition and to follow their true path.
Jeanne Licurse came to yoga through her love of natural healing and holistic education. As a Montessori teacher she recognized and valued the intelligent conversation, the nurturing environment and the remarkable sense of well being that yoga provides. With her love of dance and movement Jeanne’s physical practice became poetry in motion and in 2009 she completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher’s training under Mitchel Bleier at SYJ in Norwalk CT and recently completed the Yoga in Schools Teacher Training at Kripalu in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. In the fall of 2013, her dream of yoga studio in the Catskill Mountains came true as she assisted with the launch of Windham Mountain Yoga.
Jeanne engages her students in a rich, energetic practice with warmth, enthusiasm and humor while offering adjustments and gentle modifications. She teaches with a playful heart and a calming connection to her students. Jeanne carefully weighs and measures the rigor of a vigorous vinyasa and the sweetness of restorative poses. Students are empowered to embrace strength and grace through conscious alignment form and mind-ful alignment action.
Jeanne’s philanthropic heart inspired her to start a non-profit company, Abeille Consultant’s Inc. which is dedicated to teaching yoga, natural gourmet culinary classes and the creative arts to people of all ages and athletic abilities. She is presently studying in a yoga mentorship program with Tracy Bleier at Yogapata in Wilton, CT.
Dana Leonard is a self-taught hoop dancer from Cooperstown, NY. She began practicing hoop 4 years ago as an outlet for creative expression & movement. Dana performs with fire hoops, multiple hoops and has taught classes to students of all ages.

I fell in love with Yoga after my very first class with Heidi Ruehlmann in beautiful Windham NY somewhere around 1998 and am blessed to be working with her years later as the director of the Mountain Breeze Yoga studio.
My classes are alignment based, fun artistic expressions that combine various styles and techniques of yoga woven together with the transformative power of the breath. Students are encouraged to move from where they are, go inward throughout the practice, and fully explore with gratitude all that is.
As a teacher one can have many hours of instruction on the teaching and learning of yoga, but the best experience comes from spending time on your mat, exploring the mantra of breath, and moving your body with the intention of deep listening. I am inspired by the limitless places one can go."
